Unlike the nightmarish branch on New Street, this branchmake the process of banking so much more relaxing, probably because it's located in Jewelry Quarter and have very friendly staffs. Ash, the manager came over to help setting up a joint account and he made the whole experience so much less stressful. Would definitely recommend banking at this particular branch.
Very very friendly and professional staffs and this branch really do care for their customers. I recommend others to do banking with TSB bank as they provide excellent services and promotional offers to their customers.

I came here last year in December for the Geeta Brothers concert. The hall inside is very spacious and the seats are comfy. We sat through 3 hours and had a break mid way. It was a bit difficult finding the toilets and the drinks are pricey. There are different entrances inside and it helps finding these when it gets busy.
Birmingham Christmas Market 2017. This event is one of the best, mainly German fare, Christmas markets in the UK. Be brave & try some good old fashioned bartering for Christmas gifts ~ some beautifully unique items to more affordable gifts. Plenty of Bratwurst & mulled wine to go round plus the market stretches along the main shopping street so coffee at Costa or a tasty baguette at Subway are all there amongst best UK's high street stores. Singing reindeer! German beers. Intricate glass globes & cosy suede moccasins. German candle carousel's, confectionery & 'nuts & bolts' characters are all here. From bargains to luxury goods. Guaranteed to get you into the Christmas spirit!

Best dentist I've to! Most notably Dr Sodha, he really does go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable during procedures and treats your teeth like his own, so results have been great so far! He has a lot of patience and happy to answer questions in an effective matter. Consequently, I would really recommend this dentist to people. Great service, can't fault it!
After a life of bad experiences at many dentists I finally found Edgbaston Dental Centre, They are so friendly, helpful, and caring, I had a bad experience with a male dentist and for years would only have female ones, I was then asked to give kieran a try and he put me at ease almost instantly, and now hope I never have to change. There as also reception girls that deserve mentioning as they also go that extra mile and ALWAYS with a SMILE XX Thank you Sheila G

I would highly recommend this dental practice. I have been using them for over 5 years now!!! Especially good with gum hygiene and orthodontist treatment
I visited this practice few weeks ago and I absolutely enjoyed the experience. Extremely professional, warm and competent dentists and reception staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I visited frazer dentist after having a bad experience at another dentist. In short he completely cleaned and refilled a bad filling I had done a couple of weeks earlier. He’s approach and skills in dealing with me reinstated my confidence in going to the dentist. I would highly recommend them.
I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have never been a fan of going to the Dentist but Tom and his team create a comfortable environment with a seamless service. Can't recommend higher.

My Dr has been very supportive and was very prompt. Excellent service. Getting appointments can be a problem at times.
Very friendly atmosphere, the staff are very helpful and caring... One of the best medical practices in the UK.

The Doctors at this place are really great, they give you time listen to your problems and do what they can to the maximum Dr O'brien Dr Murray and Dr G Suthi are the doctors I have seen so far and all of them make you feel like you are in Safe Hands the practice manager Manjit is exceptionally helpful and from what I have experienced she is on top of anything she gets thrown at her and will go that extra mile to make sure to get any queries sorted best GP surgery :)
Over the last 4 years this practice has just been great, the whole team work together to help provide the best service they can. before moving here Lived in the leafy suburbs of Droitwich and to be honest I expected the practice here to be much worse than the one I was used to, in fact it is much better. Thanks especially to Dr O'Brien
276 Dudley Rd, Birmingham B18 4HL, UK – 0121 455 6170
All the staff at this practice are respectful and polite. They always try their best to help with any problems. My extended family and I cannot recommend them more highly. Keep up the good work!
Attended to me on time and I am happy with the service as when I phone in I am able to make an appointment as soon as possible I have never had a problem - receptionists are all very polite and easy to communicate with. Also those who have had a problem with the service maybe you should tell the receptionists to cancel appointments at least 24 hours before as they can make appointments for people who are willing to make it to the surgery- stop complaining as you are not working there and are not aware of how the surgery works🙄
Priory Rd, Birmingham, Edgbaston B5 7UG, UK – 0121 440 2323
I attended the Priory hospital for the removal of kidney stones. I would like to say a big thank You to ALL the staff. Catering facilities and staff, fantastic and the care by all the consultants, doctors and nursing staff was exceptional. I have attended alternative private hospitals previously for the same procedure and the difference in quality of all round care was superb. Many thanks again to everyone.
Having been assaulted whilst at work and kicked in the leg, I was referred to the BMI group where I was seen by Mr Fazil HUSSAIN. He requested that a MRI be done on my knee. This was arranged with 3 days of my initial consultation. The MRI results came Back and the result was a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament. I was then offered and undertook an intense course of physio prior to the operation. The op date came and was greated by the porter who directed me to my own en suite room which was lovely. The staff were friendly nothing was too much problem. The anaesthetist came and explained what was going to be done followed by the consultant. Surgery was a full success. After more extensive physio and working with Jennifer in the physio department. I was put onto a new machine called the CYBEX. What great machine and equipment this is. No fooling this. So after nearly 12 months of hard work from myself and my team I am now fully fit again and operational in my job. I can’t thank the BMI group enough. Thank you

Arrived at the hospital for my pre op assessment, which was done effectively and efficiently. The nurses was very helpful and informative. Arrived the following morning for my operation which was carried out better than expected unfortunately I had to stay a couple of nights to which staff was over accommodating to me and my partner as we had travelled over 2 hours he was allowed to stay in the room with me and provided with blankets, meals and cushions. The hospital has great facilities in the rooms and was kept immaculate throughout my stay.
Some excellent nursing staff . where some went out of there way to care for you

The place to go for very good Dim Sums. However if you are in a wheelchair this place is not really accessible yes they do have a metal ramp to put over the small flight of stairs inside the entrance but this creates a steep incline. They do not have a ramp for the front step which causes a issue of accessing the building especially when going for a meal as a group of friends in wheelchairs. Once inside the restaurant there is a wide open area perfect for a group of friends, family members or just going out for as a couple. It’s a great place to be with a great atmosphere. On a positive side they do have a disabled toilet but the layout and design of how the door opens to access the toilet causes anyone in a wheelchair to get stuck in the narrow corridor between the door and the wall. You will also need your Radar key to access this toilet. Using the ramp to exit the restaurant is very steep and dangerous as their is no staff around to help. Just be aware because you pick up speed as you come down the metal ramp then fly over the small step at the bottom and out onto a busy road. Not the greatest exit and entrance for a modern restaurant.
Food is always nice here. Is a dead basic restaurant though and if you are past 9 they always tell you it's all going to come out at once cause the chef is going home but then bring it dish by dish?! Service is authentic but they also give you cutlery regardless of asking if you can actually use chopsticks. Cost about £25 a head with a few of drinks and set menu

I have been to the Atrium twice and really loved it. It's a really lovely space, relaxing and professional. The food is lovely and a good choice (for someone who doesn't eat pork it was great to see options without it ~ some other places tend to have this too much ~ even in the vegetables and with fish dishes). It was nice for a complementary drink before the meal. The menus were fun in lighting up 😊 The prices are so reasonable for the quality of food and service you get. The students and teachers are really great very welcoming but not in your face. The toilets were clean. I would really recommend.
Loved the food snd the service

I went in on a Saturday afternoon by accident. Only wanting a cold beer because of the hot weather. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and seated by the bar I ordered a pint of ice cold Tiger Beer and had a good look around to find a very nice cost little restaurant who do Thai food and cocktails/beers the statue of a terracotta soldier in the doorway and a happy smiling Buddha made it a lovely place to chill and drink a nice cold beer. Definitely coming back to try the food and the superb selection of cocktails
Absolutely deserved the title "Restaurant of the Year in Birmingham"! Can't have enough food here! First class environment with sophisticated design of Chinese arts and outstanding service that makes you feel like you are eating at your own place. The music is another highlight which in itself deserves a visit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in Birmingham who wants some best Chinese food and the best hospitality.

Amazing nursery! Children were ahead of the curriculum when ready for reception. They care deeply for all families while going above and beyond to ensure every child has the best start to their education in a areas, maths, art, forest school, English all children leave with maths and writing skills
When I initially applied for my son to have a place at Selly Oak Nursery School, it was because it was an outstanding rated nursery and I wanted my precious 3-4 year old little boy to have the best start to his educational life as possible. What struck me as unique about the nursery was its clear emphasis on education for the future, whilst at the same time nurturing each child in the present as an individual who could be all that they choose to be. I was not looking for a nursery, I was looking for a lot more than that. I was looking for a nursery school, and as such wanted a place that was more than just a childcare provider and that offered my son the structure in education that he would need to prepare for the transition to Primary School. I had been continually impressed since his admission to the nursery with the staff, activities, learning opportunities and care given to my son. Before he began at the nursery he was a very different child; he was incredibly shy, barely talking much at all to anyone outside of his family group, and slightly delayed in his speech and communication. What I wanted for him was a place he could call his own, where he would learn for the future and be part of an inclusive community of children and teachers. This wonderful place provided him with that in the bucket load, and I will always be grateful for that. He is now a 5-year-old who has almost finished Reception at an outstanding primary school, who is confident both in terms of the rigours of phonics and mathematics, but also importantly with himself as an individual. The nursery gave him the chance to know what it is to be part of a school community, one where he was cared for in a genuinely positive and encouraging way, and gave him the chance to flourish. Selly Oak Nursery School turned my little boy from a child that was introverted, shy, and anxious, to a child that is supremely confident, infectiously curious, and incredibly keen to learn. The nursery embraced anything that interested my son, and opened his eyes to so many new interests ranging from minibeasts, 3D shape drawing, mud kitchens, bread making, role play, sitting down and reading stories, construction... I am so proud of him, but more importantly he is proud of himself, which is such a happy thing for me to see. My child would not have flourished half as much in a structured Primary School environment (where he is now meeting and exceeding expectations) if it were not for the approach Selly Oak Nursery School took with him and his learning – so much so that my youngest daughter will be attending the Nursery School in September. This place is more than just its outstanding OFSTED report; it is an outstanding community of teachers, parents and children, with a strong belief in the importance of education for all children. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

My nephew attends this fantastic nursery and I couldn't be more impressed! His development has come on in leaps and bounds since starting. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Always available and happy to assist with any queries or issues. I would definitely recommend to others.

I have gone through so many Nurseries. I visited maybe 10 and joined 2 for maximum 2 weeks but none was as good as this nursery. They care about the child they let them play outside often. They have HALAL meals. And most important that they work as a family.
My son has attended Edgbaston nursery school from baby room right through to pre school,I cant rate this nursery highly enough. I now have my second son joining after Xmas as I am going back to work after maternity leave, and I'm so happy to leave him as my first son loves it, The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to do as much as possible to make my son feel special. I receive text messages on how my son is doing and what activities they are doing during the day and I love it, it stops me from calling all the time to see how he is, Although sometime I do its so nice to hear he is ok and the staff are happy to explain how he is and put him on the phone to talk to me if I need to ...happy mommy :-)

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 5m digital planetarium experience to 90 Year 5 pupils at Harborne Primary School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The afternoon was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station, handling a meteorite and travelling through a future colonised Solar System. Thank you Harborne Primary for a very pleasant visit.
A high achieving school with profession staff.

I have two sons at the school and both have benefited from the academic focus the school provides and the opportunity to develop both intellectually and socially. For a provincial day school, its outlook is remarkably non-parochial. It fosters a tolerant and almost international outlook. It has yet to reach a needs blind admissions system but for a UK school gets close. The fact that it offers a generous assisted places scheme speaks volumes about its ethos and commitment to social mobility and inclusion. It is well known in the Midlands but deserves more national recognition. My boys are lucky and thankfully they realise it.
The best school in England. U have to put ur son in this amazing place!

Since I have been at priory school, I as a person have changed for the better. I now have so much more confidence to get up on stage and found all my hidden talents that before I didn't know I had. I have been at priory school since year 3 and I am now in year 7. Priory school offer loads of amazing activates and opportunities to school productions, sport fixtures, school trips and many, many more. All the staff, teachers and students at Priory are outstanding and pushed all of my potential out of me and made the best of me. I have made life long friends that I will never forget and memories that will last life time. I have enjoyed many years and amazing memories at priory and can't wait for the next years to come. Maddie Y7 student
I've not even been here a year and I love it. All the teachers are nice. All the lessons are fun and I really enjoy them. There are small things the school can improve on e.g. The way we pay for food. They are not things to worry about though. I totally recommend coming here you'll make good friends and enjoy the lessons and all the special events such as preforming arts day. So remember if your looking for a school Priory is one of the best options.
